There is no concept of direct admission any more. NEET is the mandatory entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. So if you want to study MBBS anywhere in India, qualifying in NEET is mandatory. Now it is also mandatory to qualify in NEET for admission to MBBS abroad.
