Selection in MBBS in Ramaiah Medical College is based on the rank obtained in the National Eligiblity-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) conducted on an all India basis by the Central Board of Secondary Education.

Only those candidates who score equal to or more marks than the NEET cutoff will be given All India Rank by CBSE.
