Mbbs state counselling in tamil nadu asks documents such as parents degree certificate, i did my studies in tamil nadu but they did it in karnataka will there be any issue in nativity during counselling

No such issue will arise as long as you have all the required and validdocuments of the tamil nadu domicile.
