Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.

As we go through previous year's (2019) cut-off then it shows that in 2019 the lowest cut-off marks was 552 for Shri Vasant Rao Naik Government Medical College, Yavatmal under state quota for General category and we saw an increase of around 25-30 marks in institutional cut-offs in 2020. So if you are targeting for NEET 2021 then your aim should not be less than 585 out of 720 marks especially for Government medical colleges in Maharashtra.
