No , just because mbose board has uploaded 2015,2017,2018,2019 questions paper , it doesn't mean that this year question i.e in 2020 , questions will be asked from these papers.
But yes practising these past year papers will help you, these past year papers will help you to understand the types of questions which are asked in exam, you will understand the important topics which are covered in the exam by practising them, you will also get to know your preparation level .Best of luck for your examination.
