Starting salary of MCA candidates vary from individual to individual as it depends on the area of work and responsibilities of the employees along-with their talent and skill level. Usually, the entry level salary of a MCA graduate for different roles is listed below:

• App Developer: Rs.20,000-Rs.35,000
• IT Assistant: Rs.10, 000-Rs.20,000
• Hardware Engineer: Rs.15,000-Rs.25,000
• Software Engineer/ Developer: Rs.21,000-Rs.47,500
• Web designer and developer: Rs.25, 000-Rs.55,000

For M.Sc Physics depending on the technical job or researcher job you opted for in Private or Public government.

As a Research Associate, one can earn about Rs.16,000 p.m. plus HRA. Then a Junior Research Fellow earns about Rs.12,000 plus HRA. On the other hand, a
Research Intern would get about Rs.11,500.

Next, as a Scientist and Scientific Officer in Radiological Physics and Technical Officer,  the normal pay would range between Rs.15,600 - 39,100 with Grade Pay Rs.6,600. But Grade Pay is  Rs. 7,600 in case of Technical Officer.
