Dear Vijaykumar,
As far as I know, The scope and recognition for MSc Computer sciences is greater than MCA because it doesn't restrict you to a specific course and provides you with holistic knowledge.
Also, after your MSc you can pursue an MS in any advanced field of your interest and because of a strong base, you would excel in that course too.
So as per my recommendation, MSc in computer science is better than MCA.
