MCI gave 100 additional mbbs seats. In a notice given by bfuhs tentative seat distrubution for mbbs seats are 50.

This sort of discrepancy can happen but it is not erronomous. Even if the govt has announced 100 additional seats, the college maynot have adequate infrastructure to accomodate such a sudden increase in admittance. However i will always suggest you to trust only official notices by concening university, board or department and not any media or social media information.
