me 2020 me Ba course me ddu se affliated college me admission karaya thaa . aur mera graduaction 2023 me complete hua . but mujhe college se 1st year ki marksheet nahi mili college wale kah rahe hai 2nd year ki marksheet me 1st year ka number add hai.mujhe 1st year ka seperate marksheet nahi mila

Your college can only help you to provide first year marksheet seperately.You can give the valid reason why you need first year separate marksheet even they are going to add in second You have to visit college office.
