me from telangana we dont know that the language they speak we know only telugu and english bit we don't know tamil is there is english lectures for us

If you are from different states then don't worry almost all teachers speaks in english language most of the time. even if you are not that good in english then there will be some coaching centre for english speaking and learning course there you can get classes and can boost your fluency.
