You have mentioned your aggregate in physics  chemistry biology and English dea but only aggregate marks in PCB i.e physics chemistry and Biology is considered for Neet eligibility, so do let us know your aggregate in PCB.

Now,
Neet eligibility criteria says that, to be eligible one must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category , or  at least40%in aggregate of PCB if belongs toObc/ Sc /st

So, if you fullfil this criteria then you are eligible for Neet examination otherwise you are not eligible
