This is really hard to say if you and your friend will sit together in the examination as there are a lot of applicants. The centre allocation in JEE main examination is randomly distributed, so you might not even get the same centre as your friend.

Not exactly. There is very less chance than both of you will get a chance to appear in examination at same centre same day. Generally, Centre allotment is done randomly. It is not possible to get same centre. However, you have few chance. Depends on your luck.
