It depends on your interest. If you don't like coding and programming then definitely you'll feel Computer Science Engineering as touch. If you don't like to do physical work or not interested in doing experiments then you can feel Mechanical Engineering as tough.
Being a Mechanical Engineering background, I feel Computer Science Engineering as tough because it is not my cup of tea. I feel coding and programming as difficult. In the same way your interest plays a major role in deciding on this whether Mechanical Engineering is tough or Computer Science Engineering is tough.
So if you like Coding and Programming then you can feel Computer Science Engineering as easy. If you like Mechanical field then you can find Mechanical Engineering as easy. But based on most of the students reviews it can be said that Computer Science Engineering is tough than Mechanical Engineering.
