Hello Ashish!

If you are interested in both the branches and if there are chances of getting desired seat in either of those branches then I would recommend electrical engineering.

When it comes to placements electrical engineering has a better record than mechanical engineerig. IIT Bombay, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Kanpur, IIT Madras and IIT Rookree are usually the top preferences for electrical engineering.
