As you are belonging to the reserved categories you may have better chances to get into govt colleges through the state quota.
However to get into govt colleges through the AIQ, you have very less chances with such a less score.
As you are domicile of the state and also belong to the reserved categories you may or may not get a seat in the government colleges.
Because only few colleges will accept such a less. Score even if you belong to the reserved categories because the competition is high. (This is based on previous trends).
However you can give it a try because the cut off differs from each year and if the cut off reduces then you may get a seat.
