Yes, you can definitely attempt jee main 2nd session by applying for it once it application window gets opened even if you haven't applied for jee main 2022 1st session.

This is because,

It's not mandatory to attempt both the session i.e April & May session of jee main, it's completely your choice whether you want to attempt April or May or both session. The only thing is that when you attempt both, then best of the two score is considered for your admission.

This year there are only 2 sessions of jee main.

You can fill the jee mains application form  in online mode following  the given below steps -

----------) registration :- first of all visit the official website of jee mains i. e jeemain. nta . nic . in  then you need to register using your name, mobile number  and email id to generate your login credentials

----------) then fill your details in the application form :- you need to fill details like your personal details, parents details, your academic details .

----------) and after that you need to  go for uploading your following documents

You need to upload following documents:-

• Your passport size Photograph,

• Signature,

• Category Certificate (if applicable i. e for ews, obc, sc, st ):- in pdf format, size between 50kb to 300kb

• PwD Certificate ( if you are a pwd candidate):- in pdf format, size between 50kb to 300kb

• Application fee for  male indian candidates of general, obc, ews category:- 650

• Application fee for indian candidates for sc, st, and female candidates of all categories- 325
