Join a good CA coaching institute for CPT exam and study regularly and ask doubts if any in your institute. Be disciplined enough to complete all the homework tasks given by the institute and give all the mock exams organised by them. This will surely help you. You just need to set an aim and execute it fine.

kya regular collage kathe hu cpt ki thaiyari kiya ja saktha hai ? or agar me institute join kartha hu tho starting fee kya hogi

Yes you can do regular college along with cpt preparation but it will only burden you because cpt has got itself a large course and the starting fee will depend on the college you join.
