You can apply for B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (Lateral Entry). Generally, colleges require candidate to have passed Diploma in Engineering (in any stream) to be eligible to apply for Lateral Entry programme.
However, you should check the eligibility criteria of the college/University where you wish to apply for admission.

Nahi shayad yeh nahi hoo sakta. Apko vapis seh cs mei karna hoga diploma mere hisaab seeh. Kyoki apko cs ka basic nahi ata hoga. Btech karna heh cs mei toh apko cs ke field mei ana hoga. Tabhi app kuch soch sakte hoo btech cs mei karna. Agar koi dusra rasta hoo toh app usske hissab seeh btech kar sakte hoo.
