Since you are waiting for fee refund the amount will be getting refunded in about 10 to 15 days , since you have not mentioned which course and college fee you are waiting for refund, since certain courses and colleges take up to a month in order to refund the fee.

Also it is better to read the required brochure of the university/ college to get complete details on refund policy or you may mail or call on the helpline number to get the correct information.
