AIIMS preparation is not only about solving last 10 years question papers. If you really want to crack aiims , you have to understand the basics i.e the NCERT books especially of biology and chemistry. It all depends on you that how many revisions you take before exam, you have to deeply understand the basics of NCERTs of biology and chemistry. And don't ignore physics also. Simply do more and more revisions after completing the syllabus, practice MCQ s from standard books and solving of previous questions can help you boosting up your confidence.
It's your time for the show, gear up and start now. This paper needs labour and hard work along with knowledge and at last somehow luck factor plays its role.

Although NEET is based on NCERT syllabus and many of the questions in NEET are recall based, so NCERT and previous year papers will definitely help you but you need to have strong concepts. For, AIIMS however, very strong concepts with appropriate time management and presence of mind is required. You have time still left, so work upon your weaker concepts and refer to standard books too for the same . Keep practicing questions too.
