Yes you are eligible for the neet ug exam. It's doesn't matter and gap years between the 10th and 11th. The only thing is you have to make gap year certificate at the time of admission.

Eligibility criteria for neet ug exam.

Yes, you are eligible to give NEET exam as there is no age limit for giving NEET for now. Candidates must have completed 17 years as of December 31, 2022, and Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects from a recognized board. So as long as you satisfy the above criteria you will be eligible for NEET. There are no restrictions on the maximum NEET attempt limit 2022.
