You don't need to worry about it. There is a certain procedure through which you can get a duplicate copy of the lost document.

You will have to visit CBSE Regional Office. There you will have to fill and submit the form provided for re-issue of Migration certificate. Along with the form, you will have to submit the requisite documents like your marksheet , identity card etc.Within 4-6 weeks, you will get a duplicate copy of CBSE Migration Certificate. You may have to visit the regional office for collecting it or it can through courier.

The other option is to visit the official site of CBSE , fill the online application form for re-issue of migration certificate & pay the fee online through debit card or netbanking. You may also have to submit some documents online like marksheet etc. & your duplicate migration will be couriered to the address filled in the application form
