Your question looks a bit incomplete. I cannot seem to be able to understand what information you are exactly trying to look for.
You have not mentioned the competitive examination in which you have obtained these marks and since there are a number of competitive examinations, nothing can be said or answered without knowing the particular examination.
Also in some cases the state for which one gets the benefit of home state domicile quota has to be known.
