Since you have not mentioned about the name of examination for which you want to enquire so it's quite difficult to help you with an accurate information. But if we consider your profile then it shows that you are an engineering aspirant and hence you might be interested in JEE-Main if not then please mention it.
On such marks and category it's quite difficult to get any of the NITs/IIITs according to previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
