As you told you belong to general category, it would be quite difficult to get any government Medical college through state counselling. As per last year's cutoffs, the last rank getting a government Medical college through state counselling was 14621. Now this is due to high scores there are high chances that cutoffs will increase. So it would be quite difficult to get any government seat in round 2 as well. But keep in mind that these are based on last year's data and this year the cutoffs can change.
