145 marks is too low a score to get any medical MBBS college whether its private or government college. Getting a BDS college is also very tough.Even if you it will not be a very standard one with this rank.I would advise you to prepare for Neet for the next year nicely and achieve a greater marks.It will be easy for you to get government prestigious medical college then.It's better to try next year with nice preparation than to get admission in a college with this marks this year.

At these rank and marks you can not get admission in best state medical government college in Karnataka if you also have any type of quota then you can drop a year and prepare again hope you understand please upvote it for more details please use our app for college prediction
