Hello Dear

Since you are going to do the Polytechnic and regarding that both the branches are considered to be as good since both the branches are core and having the wider range of scope in both core as well in the IT field. See if you wish to join the B.Tech after your diploma then jn that I must suggest you to go with the option Electrical Branch because most of the college will allow the lateral entry and in that Electrical will be the preferred option. So definitely you with that.

All the best

Hey Aspirant!

I think you should go for electrical in polytechnic, since the market value for electrical engineering is more than mechanical engineering, and placements records and faculty members are good in polytechnic institute. It's a very renowned college and hence give you a promising future.

Also, please know what's best for you, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, since both of them are completely different .Know what are your interests, go through their syllabus and understand what both of these courses hold for.

For more queries, feel free to ask.

Best of luck!
