You are eligible for appearing in JEE mains.
But unfortunately you wont be able to secure admission into IITS,NITs,IITs and other CFTIs because you must have secured at least 75% aggregate marks in class 12 (or equivalent) Boardexamination or be within the top 20 percentile of successful candidates in your respective class 12 (or equivalent) board examination.Since your percentage less than 75%, you wont be able to get admission into IITs.
