You may not any government college for B.Tech biotechnology because the previous year minimum cutoff rank for B.Tech biotech in Bundelkhand University was 1530 (for only 60 seats in that branch) and you are from the general category also.

You can get several good private colleges for B.Tech biotechnology, like:-

IMS Engineering College, Ghaziabad (120 seats, last year min. cutoff rank was 8143)

Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology, Meerut (120 seats, last year min. cutoff rank was 8415)

College of Engineering and Technology, IILM Academy of Higher Learning, Greater Noida (120 seats, last year min. cutoff rank was 7980)

Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida (60 seats, last year min. cutoffrank was 8125).
