  • The eligibility for joining merchant navy is finishing class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
  • Admission is through an entrance followed by a screening test and a main written examination.After r clearing he test, thtere is an interview and a medical test.


Degree in the following disciplines from any of the recognized Indian University:



BE/B.Tech. Marine Engineering



BE/B.Tech. Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering



BE/B.Tech. Petroleum Engineering



BE/B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering



BE/B.Tech. Harbour & Ocean Engineering
