Harsh, with our without grace marks, what is important is that you complete your 12th and pass in all subjects. If it is with Grace marks that you passed but the certificate says "Passed", you are good. And if you belong to General Category, you should complete your 12th, pass in all subjects and score atleast 50% in Physics, Chemsitry and Biology alone. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST.
