mere migration certificate pr lamination lga safety ki wajah se because unhone bahut ptle kagaj m banke diya tha muje post graduation m admission lena hai to lamination wala migration submit kr skte hai college m counseling ke time koi problem to nhi isse please clear my doubt

Hi Dear,
If your college asks for submission of original documents, then yes ofcourse you can submit laminated documents and there is absolutely no problem in that. It is good that you have kept your migration in good condition. Also, I'll recommend you to carry xerox copy of your migration certificate when going for document verification.
