Hi
It is very difficult to predict that whether you will get a seat BAMS or not in a government Bams college or not with 300 marks as cut off marks / rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the neet examination, kind of marks obtained by students in neet , toughness level of the neet examination, number of seats available etc.
When we go through, previous year cut off trends it suggests that with 300 marks you have low chances of getting a government Ayurvedic college for your BAMS.
More over, this year Neet 2020 qualifying cut off marks has increased when compared to Neet 2019,due to which cut off marks for getting a seat in medical college has also increased a lot.
So, considering these things for government BAMS College being from SC category , you should have got atleast around 350 marks to be on the safer side.
Thank you
