Hello,
Since you haven't mentioned any details about your category, I would be providing details considering you as a General category candidate.
Following are the Government Medical colleges that are present in Delhi -
1) Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi (MAMC)
2) Vardhaman Mahavir Medical College, Safdarjung (VMMC)
3) University College of Medical Sciences University of Delhi (UCMS)
4) Lady Hardinge Medical College for Women, New Delhi (LHMC)
Along with the above mentioned colleges there are few semi-private colleges in New Delhi too. But cut -off for all these colleges are very high and on average are above 650 marks.
So it is not possible for you to get admission in Government Medical Colleges in New Delhi for MBBS with this score.

Hi.
I hope you are doing well!
You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2020, under State Quota, the cut-offs for various Categories have been as follows:
General Category: 600 OBC:540
SC: 500 ST: 432
With 410 marks it is difficult for a Government seat irrespective of the Category you belong to. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are depend on various factors like no. of seats available, no. of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You can visit our page to check the cut offs of various Categories at:

Hi
I am assuming you from general category
Your profile suggest that your domicile state is Delhi
It's quite difficult to predict because cut off depends upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available etc
When we go through previous data then
>>>> With 410 marks,
You hold a low chance for an mbbs seat in a Government Medical College
For example,
in neet 2020, 638 marks for general category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks to get a seat in Govt. Medical College under Delhi state quota and it was for Lady Hardinge Medical College for Women, New Delhi
You can check the same at
You have chances in deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below along with their neet 2020 , 2nd round cut off :-
----------) B.L.D.E University, Bijapur:- 387 marks
----------) MGM Medical College, Navi Mumbai:- 380 marks
----------) Institute of Medical Sciences and SUMH, Bhubaneswar:-360 marks
----------) Sri Siddhartha Medical College DU, T Begur:- 328 marks
----------) BVDU Medical College and Hospital, Sangli:- 311 marks
And a few more
