If you haven't obtained OBC-NCL certificate at the of registration for NEET UG you can fill the declaration form. You will be considered as OBC-NCL category however, you must obtain OBC-NCL certificate issued on or after January 1, 2022 at the time of admission. If you do not provide OBC-NCL Category certificate at the time of admission you be considered as general category Candidate. You need to take the print out of Annexure XB in page number 100 in NEET UG 2022 Information brochure. Fill the declaration form. Scan it and upload in the NEET application form. The last date to fill NEET UG 2022 application form is May 6, 2022 till 11:50 PM. The last date to pay the application fee is May 7, 2022 till 11:50 PM.

If you use OBC-NCL self declaration instead of your category certificate then also you will be considered as an OBC-NCL candidate and both category rank as well as All India Rank will be provided to you in NEET UG 2022 result.

If the candidate does not have OBC-NCL certificate issued on or after January 1st, 2022 then the candidate has to upload a declaration [Declaration in Lieu of OBC-NCL Certificate as per Appendix - XB in Information bulletin] to that effect. Complete NEET UG 2022 Application process is explained below in very easy steps :-

** Very first step is to visit the official website as given above and click on "New registration" button.

** Then you have to do registration using your basic details such as name, father's name, mother's name, contact details and so on.

** Now on second menu item you will have to fill details like your academic performance, address, ID type, medium of question paper and so on.

** Then on Next menu item you have to upload some images such as :-

vii. >>>>>>> The size of scanned and Left and Right hand Fingers and Thumb impressions as per the Template provided (Appendix-XXIV) should be between 10 kb to 200 kb.

viii. >>>>>>> The size of the scanned copy of the Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS etc.) should be in pdf between 50kb to 300kb (clearly legible).

ix. >>>>>>> The size of the scanned copy of the PwD certificate should be between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible)

x. >>>>>>> The size of the scanned copy of Class 10 pass certificate should be between 50 kb to 300 kb(clearly legible).

xi. >>>>>>> The size of the scanned copy of the Citizenship Certificate/Embassy certificate or any Documentary proof of Citizenship certificate should be between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible).

** Then you have to proceed for payment of application fee which can be done only in online mode either through Credit/Debit card or UPI or NEFT/RTGS.

** Then after you have to take the print-out of the NEET Acknowledgement receipt.
