Meri Group E mai 3331 rank hai.. kya mujhe civil engg. mai admission mil sakta hai?? or 1st ya 2nd counseling mai mil jayega kya?

In your rank 3331 The selection will be e on the third round of counselling. In admission in the stream of civil engineering for selection to admission is of third round of counselling or you have towait for the last round of counselling being done.
