Hello Aspirant, If you got 83 percentile in JEE Main then your rank after JEE Main April will be around 1.8 to 2 lakhs,moreover there is no University like JB TU kanpur, there is a university called HBTU Kanpur (Harcourt Butler Technical University), which last year closing Cutoff rank for Computer science Engineering for different categories are

General - 24173

OBC NCL - 31889

EWS - 31227

SC - 154598

ST - 267038

So, according to last year cutoffs you will not get Computer Science Engineering if also you are a OBC Candidate.
