The eligibility criteria foe CRA that is, Customer Relations Assistant is a three/four years graduation course in any discipline from a government recognized University and Computer Literarcy(Certificate in Computer Application Course of minimum 6 weeks duration).

To be eligible to apply for DMRC Customer Relations Assistant post you must have passed three year or four year bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized board.There is no minimum percentage requirement.You must have computer literacy and must obtain a certificate in it to be eligible.
