Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College, also known asMGM Medical College, is an Indian medical college established at Jamshedpur in 1961. It is one of the three medical colleges in jharkhand which are completely govt run

Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical college,During its inception it was a private medical college in un-carvedBiharstate. In 1977 this college was taken over by the Bihar government. Now it falls under the newly separated Jharkhand state since 15 November 2000.

Previously the college was affiliated to ranchi university Since the inception of regional kolhan university on 12 August 2009, the college has been under its affiliation.

Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College, Jamshedpur which is also known as MGM medical college is completely run by the Government and it was established in 1961 at Jamshedpur.

To get admission under state, more than 500 would be required and for AIQ better to get 560 or above.

It is a government college. It is affliated to Kolhan University, Chaibasa approved by MCI.
