No, there aren't two papers in MHT CET Entrance Examination. MHT CET is conducted for two groups

1. PCB
2. PCM

Candidates attending PCM group will have three sections

• Mathematics
• Physics
• Chemistry

Candidates attending PCB group will have three sections

• Biology (Botany & Zoology)
• Physics
• Chemistry

If you have applied for both PCM and PCB groups then you need to attend for both the exams. If you have applied for only one group then you need to attempt the paper of the respective group.
