All India Candidature Candidates, Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidature Candidates.
- The Candidate should be an Indian National;
- Passed HSC and obtained at least 50% marks in the above subjects taken together and Obtained score in JEE(Main) Paper I or MHT-CET 2018.
- passed XII standard with Mathematics as a subject;

Hello,
Only Maharashtra state candidates can apply for MHTCET 2018 to give it's exam.But other state students can apply for counselling with the help of jee mains score and can take admission in Maharashtra colleges.

I don't thing there is any rule that only Maharastra Candidate can apply for MHTCET 2018 as while filling application form there is option for OMS quota. and last CAP round is given to OMS candidate. Only restrcition is OMS quota students are not allowed to take govt Aided college, irrespective of any MHT CET rank.
