As you have exceeded the date all you can do is fill the form before 7th March that is the official last date for late form submission.
Here you will have to pay an extra fee of Rs 500,by doing so you will be able to register for MHTCET,but not be able to doing so,you will have no other option left for filling the form
So fill the form before 7th March with fine of 500

Yes you can still fill up the application form . All who are applying to MHT CET 2020, will be able to fill the application forms online from Jan 7 to Feb 29, 2020 by paying an online fee of rupees800. With additional late registration fees of rupees 500, you can apply from March 1 to 7, 2020. So till 7th march you can fill up by giving 1300 rupees
