The detailed key examination pattern of Maharashtra common entrance test is mentioned below:

  1. There will be two sections in the Maharashtra common entrance test. The first section will consist Physics and Chemistry and the second section will consist Mathematics.
  2. The total duration of the examination will be 180 minutes. There will be 90 minutes for each section
  3. The questions will be asked in the multiple choice question format.
  4. There will be 50 questions in each subject of Maharashtra common entrance test
  5. There will be 100 marks for each section
  6. One mark will be given for every correct answer in Physics and Chemistry section. Two marks will be awarded for every correct answer in mathematics section.
  7. In Maharashtra common entrance test there is no provision of negative marking

Hello,

State CET cell, Maharashtra has released the MHT CET 2022 exam pattern on the official website - cetcell.mahacet.org. There will be two sections in the exam section one Physics, Chemistry, and section two Mathematics of 100 marks each. The MHT CET 2022 questions will be prepared on the basis of Class 11th and 12th syllabus of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. The MHT CET is a computer-based test. The duration of Exam is 180 minutes that is 90 minutes for each section. Type of Questions are all Multiple Choice Questions. Total number of Questions are 150 and Marking Scheme for Physics & Chemistry is 1 mark will be awarded for every correct answer. For Mathematics  2 marks will be awarded for every correct answer. There will be no negative marking in any section.
