Doing graduation from OPEN is not a problem and you can apply for CAT entrance. You are eligible for it.
As per the CAT eligibility criteria, one must have 50% in graduation if from general category and 45% for reserved categories.
Also you should be in your final year or you must have completed graduation with the above percentage criteria mentioned.
