Considering current scenarios , job opportunities and growth aspects in future in india I would say Biotechnology will be a better option for you pursuing any postgraduate degree.It has more opportunities in comparison to other courses although biochemist and forensic science are equally good too.Pursue the one which you find good for yourself.

Every course in biological science and related fields has its own perks the main things to know is that which field is interesting to you and in which field you would want to work in the next 10 to 20 years from right now.

In view of the question you asked amongst microbiology, biochemist, bioinformatics, chemistry, forensic science, biotechnology, genetic every field is interesting and paying if you get the right attitude.

You can focus on MSc or M.Tech in Biotechnology, microbiology or genetic engineering
You can also go abroad where the scope of biological sciences is more as compared to India right now.
