See for getting an IIT in OBC-NCL Category one must get above 105+ marks(as per 2019) . However this marks may not get you a too notch IIT like that of Bombay or Madras, but will surely let you get at least a stream in a lower grade IIT like Ropar or Dharwad.
Or a Rank around 3500 in OBC Rank will get you a lower grade IIT .
