If you are asking for cutoff, then cutoff changes every year. Last years cutoff for OBC NCL was 31.5 and minimum 9 in each subject , you can refer this link for last years JEE advanced cutoff. https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-advanced-cutoff

Hello there,
See for getting an IIT in OBC-NCL Category one must get above 105+ marks(as per 2019) . However this marks may not get you a too notch IIT like that of Bombay or Madras, but will surely let you get at least a stream in a lower grade IIT like Ropar or Dharwad.
Or a Rank around 3500 in OBC Rank will get you a lower grade IIT .
