250 marks in neet....is there any chance for any private medical college of any state

Sorry you won't be able to get private medical colleges as the qualifying marks for general category is 50 %which is around 360 marks and for sc/st and obc the qualifying marks are 40%which is around 288 marks but you can try for management quota seats in private and deemed medical colleges.
