After Round 1, all the 1900 seats have been filled up in AIIMS. An All India Rank of 61264 secured a seat in AIIMS Deogarh under ST Category. This is approximately a score of 550. Now for this year, all the seats have been allotted for Round 1. If there are any free exits of free upgradations, then you might be able to get a seat provided your score is atleast 550 in NEET 2020. See this is the first time when AIIMS is going to take admissions through NEET score so it is quite difficult to predict an exact cut-off rank for it but still as it is a well known national medical college run under Central government so obviously cut-off will not be less than 650 marks but as you belongs to ST category so with around 600 marks you may get AIIMS. Now if we talk about the cut-off rank that it should be under 5,000 to be on safer side specially for your particular category.
