minimum cuttoff of MBBS college?
Hey,
There are two types of institutions providing MBBS degree. First Government institutions in which cut offs are very high and are always fluctuating but you need more than 85% in the NEET exam. Secondly, Private institutions whose cut offs are little low and even at the score of 145-150 you are good to be considered for admission.
Note: In private colleges also the cut off depends on the ranking if the college. Some private colleges has higher cut off and some has as low as 145 marks as cut off.
But for admission you need to sit for NEET exam.
Hope that clears your doubt.
Thank you .
Hi
Which category do you belong to?
I am assuming that you belong to general category
You have not mentioned your domicile state but your profile suggests that you are from Maharashtra so I am assuming it as your domicile state, also I am assuming that your question is in regarding with in regarding with Government Medical College otherwise do let me know in comment
Predicting the cut off marks required to get a seat in a medical college is quite difficult but when we go through previous year trends then
In neet 2019 , 539 for general category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks that got an mbbs seat in a government medical college under Maharashtra state quota and it was for Government Medical College, Gondia
You can check the same at

But yes,
cut off marks / rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the neet examination, kind of marks obtained by students in neet , toughness level of the neet examination, number of seats available etc.
So , you should try to get at least 50 marks more in comparison of Neet 2019 in your Neet 2021 Examination to be on the safer side, so you should try to get at least around 575 marks.
Now , limited time is left for your neet 2021 examination, so focus on preparation, go through the chapters , practise questions and then revise them, go through mock test papers once you are done with complete syllabus.
