Hello,

Cut off depends on college. In 2018 candidate belonging to SC category who scored 239 being the lowest cut off secured seat in Rajah Muthiah Medical College, Annamalainagar and candidate with 389 being the highest cut off secured seat in CMC, Vellore. 2019 is not yet available. So you need to score 390 or above to have decent chances of getting seat in government quota in a GMC because cut off will be less or more in 2020 depending on number of candidates appeared, number of seats available etc.
